Book Me to Speak

If you're after a polished, perfect keynote speaker who sticks to a script and says all the right things... I'm probably not for you.

But if you're looking for someone who speaks from the heart – with honesty, humour, and stories that truly resonate – then let’s chat.

I don't speak from a script. I speak from lived experience.

I don't speak from a script. I speak from lived experience.

I don't speak from a script. I speak from lived experience.

I'm not here to impress your audience. I'm here to move them.

I'm not here to impress your audience. I'm here to move them.

Every talk I give is shaped for the people in the room. Whether I'm speaking to people living with disability, corporate leaders, health professionals, young people, sports teams, or community groups, I’m thinking about them. Their fears, their stuck places, their next bold move. And how my story can inspire them to own their own story.

An amazing personal story, told to inspire and change lives

An amazing personal story, told to inspire and change lives

Have you ever heard about someone doing amazing things, or overcoming insurmountable odds? But when you sit down to hear their story, they just can’t spin a yarn?

I’ve been told many times that I don't sound like a typical keynote speaker – and I don't want to. I'm a natural storyteller, not a performer.

I've walked what I talk – from diagnosis to divorce to the finish line of a triathlon. And I connect with people across the generations and from all walks of life because I meet them where they are. I’m raw and I’m real.

I don't preach inspiration. I live it. And I let people ignite their own fire from it.

We would like to take a moment to again thank you for being a part of the IRD Breakfast Symposium this past November. Your presence and participation helped make the event a success and we truly appreciate your support. It was such a pleasure to meet you in person! I do hope you found the event as engaging as we did – there was such an incredible sense of community in the sharing of knowledge and experiences. Your role in making the day a success is unquestionable…we thank you for being present and for sharing your message of hope.

Over the past few months, we have received a lot of positive feedback, with your presence and insights being a key highlight for attendees. As a result of the response and requests received, we plan to host similar events in the future, both virtual and in-person.

What I Speak About

What I Speak About

Hope as a motivator

Hope as a motivator

But not any kind of hope. The kind you fight for. The kind that fuels action.

Living fully in the face of diagnosis

Living fully in the face of diagnosis

At 24 I was told I was going blind. I still chose travel, adventure, marriage, motherhood, and meaning. And I’m still choosing.

Reframing disability

Reframing disability

I don’t see my vision loss as a limitation. I see it as a transformation, a beautiful gift that has opened so many doors and enabled me to help others and change lives.

Empowerment and presence

Empowerment and presence

Disability doesn’t diminish beauty or power. I talk about visibility, confidence, and owning your identity stylishly and unapologetically.

Movement as a life-giving tool

Movement as a life-giving tool

Sport helped me rediscover myself. I speak about movement as a mindset and mental health strategy, not just a fitness goal.

The Rotary Club of Dapto had the privilege of having Lily speak at our recent Tuesday night meeting, she had us all present spellbound as she shared her story.

She was inspirational as she told of receiving the news that she was going blind and her attitude of when told she could not do something “Watch me”.

Lily continues to inspire when she talks of her vision to start “ Camp Abilities” in Australia. Lily is a force to be reckoned with.

This isn’t a tagline. It’s the truth of my life.

I had to learn to dream again after my world was shattered. I had to believe in myself when everything felt uncertain. Every achievement – big or small – started right there.
